#########Supreme Court Decisions
Marbury v. Madison - (1803)
The lesser known part of this decision upheld that "a law that is repugnant to the Constitution is void" and that the offending legislation could be legally ignored without having to wait for the courts to strike down the UnConstitutional law. The more well known part of this decision established the authority of the Supreme Court in deciding issues regarding the Constitutionality of laws passed by legislatures.#########

This section contains declassified government documents and films as well as audio and video footage of historic events.
Project Northwoods - (1962)
This declassified government document tells about the government plan to attack Cuba and the propaganda campaign to support such an attack.Hemp for Victory - (1942)
US government film made during WWII talking about the many benefits of hemp, also known as cannabis or marijuana.During the war our country faced a shortage of hemp, so this film was produced that was geared toward American farmers so they would understand the importance of growing the plant "in our nations' best interest".
The fact that they made this film proves the government has first-hand knowledge of the hemp plants' benefit to every aspect of our culture.
The current criminalization of this wonderfully beneficial plant is the biggest and most far-reaching crime ever perpetrated upon the people of this world.
It is our duty as human beings to challenge and if necessary, defy this unjust and immoral prohibition.
You owe it yourself and your children to research the truth behind the prohibition of the cannabis, or hemp plant.
The most comprehensive source of information on the history, benefits and prohibition of what should be the most widely cultivated natural resource, marijuana, is the book written by Jack Herer,
The Emperor Wears No Clothes: Cannabis and the Conspiracy Against Marijuana, now in its eleventh edition.
Pick up a copy today, read it and share it with your friends.
