People's Warrant

in the matters of lies and possible complicity by the Administration in the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks; the unconstitutional seizure of broad Executive powers by the Administration in the aftermath thereof for the purpose of overthrowing our Constitutional form of government; lying to the people by the Administration for the purpose of invading the sovereign nation of Iraq; unlawful disclosure by the Administration of the name of a CIA operative, in retaliation for a sworn witness's testimony before Congress; the commission of War Crimes by the Administration and their agents in the targeting of civilians; the commission of War Crimes and Torture by the Administration and their agents in the operation of Guantanamo and other detention facilities; the use of chemical and biological weapons by the Administration and their agents against civilians and combatants in Fallujah and other locations; the destruction of evidence by the Administration, in the form of emails and video documentation, for the purpose of obstructing lawful investigations into allegations of torture and other High Crimes; etc.

  We the People, under our collective authority declared to the world in our unanimous Declaration of Independence on July the 4th of the year 1776, and enacted under the same provisions thereof, hereby put all local, state, and federal government officials of record and their respective agents on notice.

  Whereas, the Bush Administration, as well as other persons in the federal government, et al., to the gross detriment of the people of these united states of America and other nations, have repeatedly violated international laws and treaties, including but not limited to, specific provisions of the Geneva Conventions as follows:

Convention III Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

Convention IV Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

  Whereas, the Bush Administration, as well as other persons in the federal government, et al., to the gross detriment of the people of these united states of America and other nations, have repeatedly violated laws of this country, including but not limited to,

US Code Title 18,
Section 175. Prohibitions with respect to biological weapons.
Section 956. Conspiracy to kill, kidnap, maim, or injure persons or damage property in a foreign country.
Section 1510. Obstruction Of Criminal Investigations.
Section 1511. Obstruction Of State Or Local Law Enforcement.
Section 1512. Tampering With A Witness, Victim, Or An Informant.
Section 1513. Retaliating Against A Witness, Victim, Or An Informant.
Section 1962. Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.
Section 2332a. Use of certain weapons of mass destruction.
Section 2332b. Acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries.
Section 2332f. Bombings of places of public use, government facilities, public transportation systems and infrastructure facilities.
Section 2339a. Providing material support to terrorists.
Section 2339b. Providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations.
Section 2339c. Prohibitions against the financing of terrorism.
Section 2340a. Torture.
Section 2381. Treason.
Section 2384. Seditious conspiracy.
Section 2385. Advocating overthrow of Government.
Section 2386. Registration of certain organizations.
Section 2389. Recruiting for service against United States.
Section 2441. War Crimes.

  Whereas, the obstruction by numerous members in the House of Representatives, and in the Senate, et al., of warranted impeachment proceedings against known criminals may constitute criminal violations pursuant to

US Code Title 18,
Section 1510. Obstruction Of Criminal Investigations.
Section 1511. Obstruction Of State Or Local Law Enforcement.
Section 1512. Tampering With A Witness, Victim, Or An Informant.
Section 1513. Retaliating Against A Witness, Victim, Or An Informant.
Section 2382. Misprision of treason

which are felonies and therefore arrestable offenses under Article I, Section 6 of the Constitution which states

"The Senators and Representatives...shall in all cases, except treason, felony, and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either house, they shall not be questioned in any other place."

  Therefore, We the People of these united states of America, do hereby direct all law enforcement agencies within the territorial jurisdiction thereof, who are duly bound to the American people by Oath of Office to support and defend the Constitution, to take immediate action to place the above named individuals, their accomplices, et al., into custody where they shall remain in detention until such time as they may appear before a lawful magistrate within the jurisdiction thereof, to answer for the crimes heretofore enumerated.

  We, the undersigned American People, under the authority declared and enumerated in our unanimous Declaration of Independence, do hereby declare our support for this Warrant, and with a majority of signatures of the American People, thereupon, will declare our collective will as the body politic for the lawful execution of this Warrant.
